Here at MIAG

All voices are important to us as we strive to collaborate positively, working in partnership together!

Whilst we appreciate that many of learners will present with various degrees of behaviours that challenge, our role here at MIAG is to ensure that we equip our learners with the ‘tools’ in the form of strategies to support them to manage situations that present them with challenges and led to them displaying behaviours that challenge. We will work with learners to ensure that they are able to recognise their frustrations, anxieties and recognise when they require support.

All of our learners are assigned a key worker, who will support them with their academic choices as part of their bespoke programmes but will also provide them with opportunities to express themselves; support managing their emotions and will the link between the provision and home.
