Policies are guides for employees of organisations around specific areas and outline the organisations expectations, Policies are also important for Stakeholders and Service Users as they set out clearly what they can expect from the organisation. It is important that Policies are reviewed on a regular basis, at least annually, or when a situation has arisen that has resulted in organisational learning.
