Something worrying you?
Talk to us….Our staff team will be able to support and provide you with the answers’.

From time-to-time situations arise that need to be resolved. A conversation with the right person can usually resolve such situations quickly for all. If you experience an issue with any part of the provision that we are delivering, have a concern no matter how small or are concerned about your child/young person then please follow the steps below.
In the majority of cases, most issues can be resolved quickly by speaking to the relevant member of staff. If you have done this and remain unsatisfied or do not feel that this is something that you would wish to do then you can speak to the relevant centre manager.
All of our Centre’s have Managers or Lead staff, if you have spoken to the relevant staff member or feel that you wish to discuss your concerns directly with the senior staff then please contact the relevant Centre Manager/Lead:
If you do not wish to email, please call 0333 220 3429, and leave a message and the member of the team will contact you.
If you remain unsatisfied following your discussions, then you can escalate your concerns further to our SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) who is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Our SENCO/DSL is Freyr Bendleton and you can contact Freyr at freyr@miag.co.uk
Should you, having followed all of the above steps remain unsatisfied then you are able to follow the formal complaints procedure and the complaints policy can be found here at Policies and Guidance.
You do not have to follow the process above, you are able to go straight to the formal process however in most circumstances the majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
