Not all classrooms have walls, effective education is holistic and person centred

Here at MIAG Education, our aim is to ensure that all learners have the right support at the right time to reach their potential and realise their aspirations through an individualised programme of education that is delivered in a holistic manner.
Not all learners can successfully manage a mainstream education, sometimes the system is not flexible enough to meet the range of needs that a learner can present with. Alternative Provision can be defined as education away from the ‘norm’, this can be delivered as part of a bespoke package of education or as part of an existing timetable.
Provision can be delivered via a range of alternative methods of learning and is not always delivered by teachers. Here at MIAG Education, our motto is ‘Not all classrooms have four walls’, we aim to deliver alternative provision that is engaging, and is bespoke to individual learners’ aspirations, and provides them with the skills to live independently and to achieve qualifications that will ensure that their future pathways to education and/or employment.
Alternative provision will include a focus on holistic support, addressing not only the learner’s academic needs but also social, emotional, and behavioural development leading to a comprehensive approach that helps to support the learner to develop essential life skills and build their resilience.
